Masakin Al Furjan

I love this club. We are not living there but bought club membership for pool and gym access. Karl the administrator there is the reason we signed up in the first place he is super friendly, nice, welcoming and professional.

Al Furjan is a very chill area with classy townhouses and villas. Its a wonderful place to live with the family, away from the city lights and noises.You got Spinneys and Carrefour at a walking distance, lots of joints deliver here via Zomato and Talabat. Got bus stops nearby and enough room outside to walk your dog.The community is managed by Nakheel, they are quick to offer maintenance and support services. Some of the furniture bits such as door handles are low quality. All in all, merits outweigh the demerits. Comfortable place to live. Of all the places Ive lived in, this is by far my favorite. Oh and having BBQ parties here! Awesome.

Pool and gym alrready closed for months, this looks extremely bad and the whole compound is also getting old. Overpriced at this moment. Spacious apartments though, good parking

Pool and gym in Masakin are closed since more than a month ago. They have no plans to ever reopen these facilities. Pool empty of water. Not worth the investment for rental or buying an apartment here with such pathetic situation.

A premium apartment of nakheel community management well maintained and located at Jebel Ali . Very convenient for travelling as metro station - Al furjan Is close by walking about 5 minutes and there are cafeterias nearby apartments. Standard community area which is highly recommended to live in.

I am staying here for the last 3 years, Located in Jebel Ali, this green and verdant community is perfect for families. The nearest metro station is Al Furjan station. There are quite a few good schools and nurseries in the vicinity and a wide range of restaurants and hotels for a nightlife fix. Masakin is a hidden gem which is an exclusive and dynamic community where you’ll feel a world away in a green paradise away from all the city buzz.

Masakin Alfurjan is a great place to live in, very Clean and secure, best chose for the families! 2 minutes walk from the metro station, My elder kids uses the metro on their own! Also there is a great green field with decent play ground for Junior kids.Direct access to sheik Zayed road, and sheik Mohammed bin Zayed road.Highly recommended!

Family gated community with all amenities within compound. Amazing surrounding. Specially new metro connection literally on door steps. Convenient from all aspects. Easy exit & entrance.

Clean surroundings with greenery. Well designed 3 bedroom. Pool and gym OK. No place for my teenager to play futbol.

A well contained and scenic community with parks, gym and pool for the residents. Barbecue pit is available too.

Good residential place with all facilities - play area for children, lawns for elders, pool for everyone. Great experience.

The pool is very refreshing and clean. The staff is friendly. Theres also a fitness room with strength and cardio equipment.
